I WILL MAKE A TELEVISION PILOT AND PITCH IT!

Option 3:

YES! THIS IS WHAT I WILL DO! I WILL MAKE A TELEVISION PILOT AND PITCH IT TO THE NETWORK EXECUTIVES! Here are some ideas I have for a Pilot:
  • LOST 2: Back in the Habit
  • "I won a free ticket to NATPE... now what?" The Pilot.
  • The boy who loved Aquafina and had superpowers
  • Friends(hip)
  • UPSuckit
  • I just met Bob from Boom Media (based on the experience i had literally 2 seconds ago)
  • iPilot
  • I'm a Steve Ballmer Get me out of HERE!
  • Shining with the Stars
  • Pussy... The Television Show
Anyone interested in developing these with me?!

I could do a lot of work and make it a good networking opportunity

Option 2:

I would do plenty of research to see what trends are going on in the television market place, and where I could best leverage my talents and my expertise to make a splash in the television industry. This networking would hopefully lead to a plenty of success after years of hard work, but it would be planting the seeds.

Sounds like I'll have to watch a lot of Leno.

Fuck that.

I could buy 3 Zune Cameras

OPTION #1:

After minimal research I have found out that one NATPE ticket is worth about $1200 or so dollars. One Zune camera is worth about $400. I HAVE HIT A GOLD MINE! All I have to do is find the one guy desperate enough to NATPE that he's willing to trade me 3 Zunes. I could put an ad up on craigslist:

"WILLING TO TRADE

Have one NATPE ticket for January 2011, located in Miami, for free. Willing to trade the ticket (for a dying slice of media and mostly heartbreak and disappointment) for 3 zune cameras. I would like all three to be top quality Zune's. Pitch your television show to a angry television producer, and all it will cost you in 3 zune cameras.

Will not accept Nikon or Canon. Only Zune.

Also willing to accept a single zune and one night of hanging out with Hootie and the Blowfish, recorded on said Zune.

Inquire within."

ZUNE HERE I COME!

What's the story...

Okay, so here's the deal:

I'm at NATPE, the National Association of Television Program Executives, with my company Twistage. It's been a long conference of standing and demoing in my booth... pictured here:

In any case, this being Vegas I have lost a lot of money... both on food, drink and gambling, and I wanted to go home with SOMETHING, ANYTHING. So I put my business card in a basket to win a Zune camera. That would validate my existence.

I did not win... but I did win a NATPE ticket for next year in Florida... so now the question is... I've won a NATPE ticket... now where do I go? How can I rearrange my life to capitalize on this?
